Clearance Information

Clearances are required if you are going from:

  • CLUB TEAM >> INDEPENDENT TEAM
  • CLUB TEAM >> CLUB TEAM

Clearances are not needed if you are going from:

  • INDEPENDENT TEAM >> INDEPENDENT TEAM
  • INDEPENDENT TEAM >> CLUB TEAM

Submit a clearance request using this online form – BBA Clearance Form
Clearances must be submitted prior to the end of the grading phase.

Permit Information

Permit Forms are obtained for a length of a season. At the conclusion of the season the permit expires.

Permit Forms are also required when a player plays in two teams (not in the same club).

Example:

  • Team 1: Club Team U14 Boys 1
  • Team 2: Independent Team U16 Boys 3
