Bendigo Basketball congratulates Bendigo Braves athletes Mila Childs, Molly Beasley & Mia Cox on a successful campaign with Victoria Country over the weekend.
The Braves trio came away with the title in front of a home crowd at Red Energy Arena. Victoria were pushed in their gold medal match up against Victoria Metro, coming from 18 point down to keep their undefeated streak in tacked and come away with their most important win, with a scoreline of 60-52.
Mila Childs, Molly Beasley & Mia Cox dropped a combined 42 points to help capture the team’s first title in 36 years.
