The Bendigo Basketball Association wish to announce that entries are now open and being received for the upcoming Winter season.
The season will tip off following the April School Holidays, commencing Monday 19th April and concluding 18th September.
After an extremely difficult summer season which was heavily impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic, the basketball community should be excited at the prospect of a “normal” season.
Newly appointed Basketball Manager, Sam Cartwright says “I believe the Bendigo basketball community is ready to put the uncertainty of the past 12 months behind us and hit the court this Winter for what we envisage as a return to normality in a basketball sense.”
The Bendigo Basketball Association is able to cater for all junior ages with Biddyball and Aussie Hoops development programs for 4 to 10 year old’s, our Under 10 competition that focuses on development and enjoyment to the traditional Under 12 to Under 23 competitions that have multiple divisions on offer for male & female participants.
Adults also have plenty of opportunity to play with Mens, Womens & Mixed competitions played at the Bendigo Stadium across multiple days a week.
Entries for junior and senior competitions close on Thursday 1st April, 2021. Biddyball and Aussie Hoops will open for registration soon.
