Bendigo Basketball is very pleased to hear that Bendigo Braves young gun Mia Harvey has committed to the Las Vegas for 2027.
Having gathered interest from a number of US colleges, Harvey will head to Las Vegas and join the Lady Rebels, a team who has competed in the NCAA “March Madness” tournament, including a stretch of three in a row between 2022 to 2024.
While the move is a big jump, Harvey said the move to the states is for the best.
“There’s obviously going to be some nerves movinf away from home, but it’s the best for me in terms of an opportunity.”
